The Growth Team Workshop Outline
A 2-day offsite with the whole leadership team, or the whole business. A good number is anything from 8 – 16 people.

Articulating the leader's Vision, this session will develop a clear Purpose for achieving that Vision. Along the way, you'll understand what's holding the team back, what they've already tried, who's already achieving the results they want - and agree a high-level set of steps to reach your Vision. |

A break-through team activity to create even tighter bonds, such as a firewalk, glass walk, board breaking, trust exercises, etc. |

Break into small groups and start building more detailed plans around those high-level key steps. |

Growth Workshop Cost
The cost of a workshop like the one outlined above is £5,000 (excl. VAT).
This excludes expenses and the cost of the day 1 evening activity (such as a firewalk) – these cost around £800 - £1,500 (excl. VAT).
Included is ½ day of coaching/mentoring and preparation with the business leader, 1 day of preparation, 2 days delivering the workshop, and 1 day writing up the output.
